Minutes of Meeting of Managing Committee held on 27-12-2009

1. This meeting was called to elect office bearers among the 21 members of the Managing Committee elected in the Annual General Body meeting of ANECAA, Hyderabad held on December 20, 2009. Since the new office bearers were not yet in place t Sri K.A.Ramayya, General Secretary of the earlier Committee was requested to conduct the meeting and also to conduct the process of election of office bearers.

2. Sri Ramayya proceeded with the process and called for nominatins (oral) for various positions available. Based on the nominations proposed and seconded by members, the following were elected unanimously for the posts indicated against their names.

Dr. R.Kalidas - President
Sri. G G Chowdary - Vice President(Resource Mobilisation).
Sri. K.A.Ramayya - Vive Preident.(Awards & Scholarships)
Sri. U,Narsimha Murty - Vice President( Membership Drive)
Sri. S.S.Rama Chandra Murty - Secretary
Sri. K.Subba Rayudu - Treasurer.
Sri. N.Koteswara Rao - Joint Secretary.
Sri. R Ramakrishnaiah - Chairman, Web Site committee.
Sri. Indrasena Reddy - Chairman, Programme committee.

The following members were nominated to various tasks

Resource Mobilisation: S/Shri.Shankara Reddy, N Koteswara rao and R Ramkrishnaiah

Awards & Scholarships: S/Shri.T Rajagopal, G G Chowdary, Prof G.Shankara Rao and K.Durga Rao

Website: S/Shri Y M Reddy

Programme: S/Shri K. Durga Rao, G.Satyananda Rao and T Rajagopal It has been agreed to add more members if felt required, More members can be added/co-opted as required It is also proposed to use the services of other managing committee members who are not present in some of the above Committees/activities for better functioning and over all progress.

The next Management Committee meeting will be some time in Feb 2010.
