The management committee meeting of ANECAA, Hyderabad was held on 12-12-09 at the residence of Mr. Vijay Chandra Rao. The following people have attended the meeting.

Mr. T Rajagopal, Vice President, ANECAA presided over the meeting. The following items were discussed and gist of deliberations are given below.

  1. Merit Awards to toppers of CEA for the year 2008-09
    Draft Merit Certificate presented by the sub-committee was discussed and approved for printing. Further, it was decided to give medal, cheque along with the merit certificate. Each candidate will be invited to the dais and the profile will be read out by Mr. Indrasena Reddy before the certificates are handed over by the President to the candidates. Whatever guidance and help required for all the candidates will be extended by the sub-committee members namely, Mr. Subbarayudu, Mr. Indrasena Reddy and S S R Murthy. The certificates will be signed by President and Secretary.

  2. Review of preparedness for AGM and get-together on 20-12-09
    Mr. Durga Rao has confirmed the allotment of venue. However, he will arrange submission of required DD to the AP Genco authorities. Stage banner and welcome banners will be organized by Mr. U N Murthy.

    Stage, Public Address System and other arrangements for the venue will be organized by Mr. Durga Rao.

    Menu for the lunch was discussed and decided. It was decided to have pure veg lunch. Welcome drink will be only soft drink without snacks. Afternoon snacks will be served along with tea/coffee before dispersal.

    Mr. K V Rangaiah, senior most member of ANECAA, Hyderabad will be returning officer for the elections for the next tenure.

    Entertainment from 2 PM to 3:30 PM will be coordinated by Mr. Ramakrishnaiah, Mr. Satyananda Rao and Mr. Gopalakrishna. Mr. U N Murthy will conduct quiz during this period.

    Photography will be taken care by Mr. Ramachandra Murthy and Mr. Satyananda Rao.

    Four tables are to be manned at the reception for the following activities.

    1. For collection of life/annual membership fees and attendance of members.
    2. For collection of charges for lunch at the rate of Rs. 100/- per head.
    3. Updating of addresses and contact details.
    4. For distribution of new telephone directory.

  3. Release of new telephone directory
    This will be done during the AGM.

Vice-president profusely thanked the host Mr.Vijayachandra Rao and his family for excellent arrangements for this meeting.
